Since 2005, Zietsman Realty Partners has closed a variety of transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $580 million. The firm has acted as the exclusive sales advisor for assets located in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Phoenix and Silicon Valley and has arranged joint ventures and equity financing for projects in Southern and Northern California.
