Retained by Patson Companies and London Merchant Securities PLC to recapitalize a portfolio of two office buildings and two retail properties located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The Portfolio includes 130,000 square feet of office space and 59,000 square feet of retail space.
Marketing effort required diligent focus on assisting investors to understand the market dynamics of three submarket locations: Walnut Creek, San Francisco’s Financial District and San Francisco’s Richmond District.
